清華大學(xué)戰(zhàn)略與安全研究中心簡(jiǎn)介

清華大學(xué)戰(zhàn)略與安全研究中心是清華大學(xué)校級(jí)研究機(jī)構(gòu)，成立于2018年11月7日，旨在打造國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略和安全領(lǐng)域的國(guó)際化和專業(yè)化的高端智庫(kù)。中心有兩大目標(biāo)：一是就國(guó)際秩序、國(guó)際關(guān)系以及戰(zhàn)略與安全等問(wèn)題開(kāi)展研究，跟蹤形勢(shì)變化并做出判斷，為決策提供參考意見(jiàn)和建議；二是通過(guò)開(kāi)展多種形式的國(guó)際交流與合作，宣介、闡釋和傳播中國(guó)的理念和政策主張，增進(jìn)國(guó)際社會(huì)的了解，提升清華大學(xué)在戰(zhàn)略與國(guó)關(guān)界的國(guó)際影響力。

研究中心以戰(zhàn)略與安全、外交與國(guó)際關(guān)系等問(wèn)題為主要研究領(lǐng)域，以全球秩序、國(guó)際安全治理、人工智能與國(guó)家安全等重大戰(zhàn)略與安全問(wèn)題作為主要研究方向。

實(shí)行管委會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的主任負(fù)責(zé)制，主任由清華大學(xué)兼職教授、國(guó)際關(guān)系研究院榮譽(yù)院長(zhǎng)傅瑩擔(dān)任。中心設(shè)立學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)作為學(xué)術(shù)指導(dǎo)和顧問(wèn)機(jī)構(gòu)，并設(shè)立咨詢委員會(huì)和發(fā)展理事會(huì)作為顧問(wèn)機(jī)構(gòu)。研究中心下設(shè)五個(gè)分中心和兩個(gè)秘書(shū)處，分別是國(guó)際安全治理研究分中心、中美關(guān)系研究中心暨新技術(shù)與國(guó)家安全跨學(xué)科研究分中心、亞太海洋安全與治理研究分中心、地區(qū)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究中心、戰(zhàn)略與政策咨詢部、中國(guó)論壇秘書(shū)處和戰(zhàn)略三十人論壇秘書(shū)處。

Center for International Security and Strategy, Tsinghua University(CISS)

The Center for International Security and Strategy at Tsinghua University(CISS), established on 7 November 2018, is a research institution that analyzes international security and strategy issues, including diplomacy and international relations, global security governance, and artificial intelligence. The Center aims at providing policymakers with recommendations on resolving some of the world’s most pressing security issues, as well as enhancing the international community’s understanding of China’s ideas and policies.

Steered by a Management Committee headed by Mme. Fu Ying, adjunct professor and Honorary President of the Institute of International Relations, Tsinghua University, the Center has an Academic Committee that provides academic guidance, and an Advisory Committee and Development Council that serve as advisory bodies. The Center also consists of five sub-centers and two secretariats, namely, the Sub-center for International Security Governance, the Research Center for China-US Relationship and Sub-center for Multi-disciplinary Research on New Technology and National Security, the Sub-center for Asia-Pacific Maritime Security and Governance Studies, the Research Center for Regional Security Risks, the Strategy and Policy Consulting Department, the China Forum Secretariat and the Strategy 30 Forum Secretariat.

上海春秋發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究院是一間專注于研究當(dāng)代中國(guó)及其同世界關(guān)系的獨(dú)立民間智庫(kù)，旨在推動(dòng)海內(nèi)外對(duì)中國(guó)發(fā)展形成更加深入的理解。在國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)界、學(xué)術(shù)界和知識(shí)界知名人士的大力支持下，春秋研究院獨(dú)力或與國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者及學(xué)術(shù)研究機(jī)構(gòu)合作，發(fā)起、組織、贊助大量研究項(xiàng)目。春秋研究院向政府和企業(yè)客戶提供報(bào)告和咨詢服務(wù)，并通過(guò)大眾媒體合作伙伴觀察者網(wǎng)發(fā)布調(diào)查結(jié)果。

Chunqiu Institute for Development and Strategic Studies Chunqiu Institute is an independent , non-government think tank dedicated to the study of contemporary China and its relations to the world and to the promotion of a deeper understanding of China's development, both domestically and internationally. It is supported and operated by leading private entrepreneurs, scholars, and intellectuals. Chunqiu Institute initiates, organizes and sponsors various research programs either independently or through collaboration with distinguished scholars, academic institutions and research organizations within China and overseas. Chunqiu Institute provides reports and consulting services to governmental and enterprise clients and publishes research results to the public through its long-term mass media partner Guancha Syndicate.
